Sweet Coated Pecans

I was looking at Apple Butter recipes & came across this one. I think it's supposed to read apple cider NOT apple cider vinegar. There would be no need to add vinegar, esp that much! Hope this helps. I haven't made this, so don't go by my rating, just wanted to help out.

Spinach Enchiladas

I made this tonite and we just loved the spinach instead of a meat filling. I omitted the enchilada sauce and topped the enchiladas with chopped, canned tomatoes, 1C. Picante sauce and then the cheese.

Lobster Bisque

I found this recipe to be very quick, easy & good! I used imitation crabmeat, & I'm going to use shrimp when I make it again for a change. I also used green onions. This would be a good base for mushroom soup if you didn't want to use seafood.

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

I got this recipe from my friend & thought I'd try it. My husband made it & found out it has to bake a little longer than what it says. Thinner sliced potatoes would make a difference, too. It was too salty to suit us, so next time, we'll cut out the salt.
