Firecracker Grilled Alaska Salmon
It definitely was delicious and spicy (not for those who can't take the heat). I didn't change a thing but I don't grill so I baked my salmon in the 400 degree oven for 20 min. I'll make it again. Thanks!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
It was delicious and very satisfying. I usually give 4 stars for my “favorite” recipes but this one got my 5 stars because it was also so simple and easy to make. I used non-stick pan so didn’t use olive oil at all. Because the sausage was browned with red pepper, it was pretty spicy. I will reduce the pepper when I make this one for my family. I understand if you have kids, you need to sneak many veggies in their favorite dish but the beauty of this dish was this amazingly simple combination of sausage, tomato and cream. I won’t change the flavor by adding bell peppers. Adding a simple veggie side dish like steamed asparagus might compliment this hearty dish better. Thanks for sharing!

White Peach Sangria
I love sangria and I was so looking forward to try this recipe and finally made it. I was very disappointed! I used peach schnapps and omitted grapes since a local store didn't have any but many reviewers said they also used peach schnapps instead of vodka and used only peach and/or add other fruits and everyone seemed to love it anyways. I brought it to my friend who lives next door, thinking maybe it's just me who didn't care for the taste and he said it tasted like a cheap wine cooler. Perfect description, except all these ingredients weren't cheap at all...
