Cheddar Onion Drop Biscuits
Needed more milk to make the dough combine together, about 2 tablespoons more. Also added green onion for color and salt as suggested by other reviewers and these came out wonderful!

Peppermint Meringues
Here are some of the mistakes I made: 1) don't used the 225 degree oven for an hour and a half, It took me 3 tries to get the oven temp adjusted so they wouldn't burn and be soggy in the middle, I used 175 for 1 hour 15 minutes with a 15 minute cool down. (my cookies were about the size of a vanilla wafer (bit size basically) and this worked perfectly) 2) Don't use aluminum foil, parchment paper worked much better 3) Don't add more than 1/4 teaspoon of any coloring or flavoring, without fail it made the batter runny and I could not pipe the pretty "swirls" like there are in so many of the pictures, of course if your just going to spoon it onto the baking sheet then this won't be a big problem for you but it was for me. Overall, I give this recipe 2 stars because it took me 3 batches to make the proper adjustments and the cooking temperature was way off

High Five Orange Rolls
WOW, that pretty much sums up these rolls. If heaven smells like anything it is these rolls, my apartment smelled so good while baking them and I absolutely could not wait for them to be done. If you are looking at this recipe and are a first time bread baker do no be put off by kneading the dough. The dough was VERY easy to work with and the 8-10 minute guideline was perfect. My rolls were not dense or mushy at all. I also followed another reviewer and added 5 minutes to the bake time since I was using a glass dish and the rolls came out perfect! I will upload a picture next time I make these because there are none left this morning =) This should be called double high five orange rolls because I will never use another sweat roll recipe again! One more thing, these rolls raised a lot when I baked them so make sure you don't cut them too thick or you might be in trouble! Next time I will just divide the rolls into two pans
