Soy Ginger Salmon

Very good. I didn't have lemon pepper, so I just sprinkled some pepper on the salmon. Also, I grilled it on a cedar plank after marinating for just 2 hours. Very flavorful!

Turkey Pot Pie I

Tuna Lime Tostadas

This was delicious. I cooked a tuna steak in the skillet which I had marinated in a bit of balsamic vinegar, olive oil and all purpose seasoning and used it in this recipe. So easy and tasty.

Arny Cookies

These were very good sugar cookies. I used 1/2 cup butter and 1 1/2 cups shortening. I didn't have enough shortening on hand and they spread out a bit, but were fine like that too. They were pretty quick to make also. I decreased the salt to 1 tsp.

Blackened Chicken

This was very good. The seasonings were just right and I think using the cast iron skillet made these very tasty. After cooking and removing the chicken from the pan, I added mashed potatoes to the pan and they picked up some of the seasoning and were a very good addition to the meal.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I have used this recipe over and over. It is great for thicker or thinner crust pizza. One thing sometimes do is brush olive oil and sprinkle garlic salt over the crust and bake it for 5 minutes before topping. It helps crisp up the crust. Also, I have started adding seminola flour for a portion of the flour and it really makes the crust yummy. Great recipe!
