Gingerbread Men

OMG! These are fantastic! The only problem I had was I didn't make enough. Even my 16-year-old daughter, who doesn't like gingerbread, loves them. I didn't change anything in the recipe -- the cookies are not too gingery, easy to make, and taste incredibly yummy! Enjoy!

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

This was absolutely heavenly! I modified as follows: I used provolone cheese instead of swiss, and flavored with sundried-tomato, basil, and garlic. I also surrounded the chicken rolls with red pepper strips and onions and basted with a little margarine. Fabulous!!

Reuben Hot Dish

Very tasty, satisfying meal. As recommended by most other reviewers, I used more rye bread than shown (I cubed a whole loaf of rye bread for the topping). My mods: I used deli-sliced provolone cheese instead of swiss cheese, tripled the onion, poured 1/2 water over the noodle-layer (to make sure they all cooked), used 1/2 more milk than shown, and left out the sauerkraut. It was fabulous!

Orange Sauce Chicken

This was absolutely wonderful -- and a lot better than most orange chicken dishes at a Chinese restaurant! The sauce is spectacular and the breading for the chicken is awesome. I skipped the almonds but added parmesan cheese to the breading. Fabulous recipe!

Chicken Supreme IV

This was absolutely delicious! I served it with rice and my boyfriend, who doesn't usually like chicken dishes, loved it -- he went back for seconds! My mods: I added onion and used a combination of shredded Monteray Jack and shredded Cheddar cheese. Super recipe!

Hearty Mince

I made this last night but modified the recipe as follows: instead of tomato juice, I used diced tomatos with the juice; I did not use the sherry; I added 1 tsp basil and and 1 tsp oregano. I mixed together a cup of Parmesan Cheese and 1/2 breadcrumbs and sprinkled it on top when the dish was finished. It made a nice topping and added extra flavor. It was delicious!

Beef Stroganoff with Noodles

Absolutely wonderful. Hot, creamy, and very filling. I made this for my boyfriend's family (his mom, two daughters, and best friend) and all of them loved it. Now, they ask me to make it a lot. Great recipe!

Beef and Noodle Casserole

I made this for my boyfriend, his family, and his longtime friends on a snowy weekend. It was a huge hit! Even the pickiest eaters came back for more. Excellent dish -- hearty, hot, and filling.
