Spicy Sweet Potato Soup
This was rich in flavor and hit the savory spot. It is hilarious when raters say I love this recipe, then continue to put all the changes they made. I only rate the recipe based on actual ingredients. In saying that, I used a purple onion (as it did not mention type). I would agree with the other ratings to use half the amount of peanut butter.

Grilled Salmon I
YUMMY!! Starting mixing ingredients and realized, didn't have brown sugar. Used HONEY as a sub (healthier option). Had one (1) pound of fish, so I cut the recipe in half, about 1/6 of the ingredients. Omitted the water. Poured liquid over the top, with salmon swimming a bit. Baked in glass baking dish on 425, for 15min NO foil. Flavors are awesome!! Going to use a baking sheet next time to get more caramelized.

Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup
Cooked this recipe twice, the first time without ginger (didn't have). It was awesome! The second time I prepared with out carrots (didn't have). Then I added 1 cup of coconut milk, which made it lil' too sweet for my taste buds. I did not puree as i like chunky. I will keep using this recipe. Great flavor!
