All Day Apple Butter

This was a wonderful recipe! I also halved the sugar as some recommended because I like a less sweet butter than that sold in the stores. It was really easy because I used an apple pealer-correr and then shreaded the apples in a food processor. After it was cooked I pureeded in the processor again and then canned it. Yummy!

Chile Verde II

This was a great recipe. I halved it and cooked it on low in the crockpot for 5 hours (After cooking the meat in a pot). It fit perfectly in my large one. Yummy!

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies

Very yummy. Easy to make and soft. They took about 9 minutes to cook and came out perfect! I may add a little more sugar next time but otherwise really good. I could not get the toothpick thing to work so I just mushed the candy with a spoon.

Chocolate Mint Layered Torte

This was a beautiful cake. The presentation looked quite professional. The mint flavor was not very strong however. I may add more mint next time. Still very yummy though. It reminded me of a Suzy-Q. Also with the whipped cream it needs to be stored in the fridge. Will make again!!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

I could have found this recipe at an Italian restarant! Soooo good! I did switch hot sausage for the sweet and added more peppers but I like it spicy. Really easy to make and quick! 20 minutes and it's done.

Hershey's® Chocolate Pie with Chocolate Petal Crust

This was a wonderful recipe. Really easy to make and it turned out great. I did not have time to chill the dough but it worked anyways. It was just a little sticky putting it in. Wonderful chocolate flavor. My husband the chocoholic raved!

Strawberry Cream Cheese Clouds

This was supper easy and really good. I was looking for a strawberry pie recipe which had the cream cheese layer and found this instead. It is like a strawberry creampuff. My family raved. I also made only half the recipe and it still turned out great!

Chocolate Chip Peppermint Cookies

This were soooo good!! I used milk chocolate chips because that's what I had and they turned out great. The only thing I might change would be to add a little bit more flour to make them a little softer when they cool. Everyone at the office loved them!!

Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili

Candied Kielbasa

This was great! I brought it to a party and non was left at the end. Very kid friendly. One 6 year old practicly wore a path in the carpet getting these. I put these in the crockpot for about 4-5 hours on low and they turned out perfect.

Cream Cheese Penguins

Very cute!! These were easy to do and looked adorable. They had an ok taste but there is not much to them. They looked great on the buffet table though and I got lots of compliments. Also, if there are any lenux fans out there they will love these!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Very good! The sause does take a little time and the shalotts took longer than expected to brown but well worth it! A good bottle of wine and it was like a fancy resterant. The sauce is great with mashed potatoes also! I did substitute red wine for the port along with a little brown sugar and it was great.

Deep Dish Brownies

Dill Wrapped Cream Cheese

This was great! So easy and quick. I let the roll package get to warm so the dough was a little squishy so it made a bit of a mess. Next time will try fresh dill. Yummy!!
