Tangy Chicken Breasts

This was really great, but I only used about 1/3 cup of each liquid ingredient, then added 3 whole cloves of garlic crushed and ground fresh black pepper over the breasts before pouring on the maridade. Very flavorful and juicy...

Pecan Pie Bars II

Good recipe, great flavor. Def. needs to bake longer than 50 minutes at 275 degrees. after that, I turned the oven up to 325 and baked an additional 22 minutes. I used all butter too, didn't have margarine.

Very good, like I remember my parents making when I was a kid. I made it in my fondue pot. Served it with toast, bacon and some sliced tomatoes.

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Very good, better with fresh roasted red pepper... roast on the stove, then wrap in paper towels till cool and peel off charred skin, never rinse, you lose so much flavor. I also added some extra virgin, about a tablespoon... very good...

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

I've been making this dish for years, I start slicing the dried beef, them plunging it briefly into boiling water to remove some of the salt, then saute it in butter, add cornstarch then milk till ti thickens to desired consistency. season w/a bit of white pepper... that's the authentic way to make it!
