I have pretty much been wheat-free for the last 10 years, due to migraines. So a lot of my recipes I have found on here I have modified to work for my wheat-free lifestyle.
Recently, in the last couple weeks I have been re-introducing wheat, and haven't had any migraines. However, I love cooking with all the other grains so much that I probably will never go back to cooking with just wheat products, such as flours, pastas and cereals. Maintaining the lifestyle of health and wellness and trying recipes that promote that are exciting to me.

Winter time squash, cookies, cakes, juicing, vegetables, and fish.

Taking regular recipes for sweets and turning them into awesome gluten-free recipes where people cannot tell the difference!
