Hot Pizza Dip

I made this last week for movie night at a friends house. It went fast! I didn't change much in the recipe... but I did put this in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese was bubbly. I also used mini pepperonis instead of the regular sized, and threw in some diced green peppers, hot rings and mushrooms. I cooked the pepperoni first based on other reviews, and this worked perfect, as the grease was already cooked out of the pepperonis before baking. I also used fresh mozzarella. Not sure how much different that was than using already packaged, but the cheese stayed melted and was easy to dip. Also, per other reviews, I sliced up a baguette for dipping. I brushed each slice with EVOO and fresh garlic and toasted till crisp. Worked wonderfully and everyone loved it!

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

I followed the recipe to a T. Like other reviewers that were worried about how a cake can set with so little flour and so many eggs, I was also skeptical. But with almost 21,000 saves and such a high rating, I thought I'd give it a go. First of all... I had a heck of a time getting the batter to blend. With all those eggs, I guess it was hard for the chocolate to mix right. They were in the oven for about 20 minutes and were still runny. I finally took them out, and came to find that the chocolate and the eggs had separated... nice, bubbling, gooey chocolate on top, and cooked yellow egg on the bottom. NO WAY am I eating that, or serving it to anyone.

Red BBQ Slaw

I haven't tried this yet, but I CANNOT WAIT to make it! I lived in NC for about 3 years, and the best slaw I ever had was at a Police Fundraiser in Greensboro. I had never heard of red slaw before, and it looked weird to me, but I love anything that has vinegar in it, so I had to try it. I was completely hooked! Went to the fundraiser for the pulled pork... got seconds of the slaw instead. This sounds amazing... and makes me miss NC.

Whipped Cream

Oh, wow. I made this tonigt for layers in an ice cream cake. Turned out GREAT. I only added a drop of vanilla, but it turned our perfect. I can't wait to have this with berries in the spring and summer!
