Olive and Blue Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
It was sensational, everyone loved it and I can't believe how it easy it was to make. Only thing was that I used dried chives instead of fresh, the store was out of them. Still great flaver and great with crackers. Will definitely make this recipe again.

Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
Excellent recipe, I only added a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the marinade, let it marinate in the fridge for 5 hours and roasted it for 40 minutes for a 2 lb. tenderloin. Will definitely prepare this recipe again.

Chicken Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2009
I liked this recipe very much. It was easy to prepare, very tasty and I will definitely prepare it again. Instead of green peppers, I used yellow and red peppers which I had on hand, did not add the tomatoes, which I didnt have, and added green scallions at the end. I also sliced the chicken. Next time I will try it adding the roma tomatoes. But without, it was still very good.

Flank Steak Pinwheels

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
Excellent recipe. I used gruyere cheese, which was the one I had on hand, and the rest of the ingredients. Steak was tender, sliced nicely and it looked great. I served it with white rice and pink beans and a romaine and cucumber salad with olive oil and wine vinegar. Will definitely try again.

Spinach and Potato Frittata

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
Excellent, easy to do recipe. I bought a lot of baby spinach and had the rest of the ingredients, with the exception of a medium skillet. It still came out great. I changed it a bit, took about 10 minutes to cook, then I put the skillet in the broiler for 1 minute. Great!

French Onion Soup III

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2006
This is one easy, tasty soup to prepare. My husband loved it, said it was as good or better than ones served at restaurants. I omitted the parmesan cheese and used shredded swiss only, but much more and 1/4 cup. Success!

Rich Turkey Gravy

I had enough drippings for half a cup, but still used 1/4 cup flour and instead of water, used chicken broth and it was great. Will definitely save this recipe for the future.

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
This is a very good recipe, although I made one major change: marinated the chicken in a mixture of Mirin, Soy sauce and sesame oil for about 4 hours. After discarding the marinade, I followed the recipe as indicated and it was fantastic. We had a Japanese night at my house and everyone enjoyed it. What little leftovers tasted better still the next day. I will definitely save this recipe for another time.
