Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2010
Excellent recipe, few ingredients that give great flavor. I didn't have fresh parsley so I used dried chives and the salmon looked and smelled great. Will definitely make this recipe again.

Olive and Blue Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
It was sensational, everyone loved it and I can't believe how it easy it was to make. Only thing was that I used dried chives instead of fresh, the store was out of them. Still great flaver and great with crackers. Will definitely make this recipe again.

Rich Turkey Gravy

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2010
I had enough drippings for half a cup, but still used 1/4 cup flour and instead of water, used chicken broth and it was great. Will definitely save this recipe for the future.

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
This is a very good recipe, although I made one major change: marinated the chicken in a mixture of Mirin, Soy sauce and sesame oil for about 4 hours. After discarding the marinade, I followed the recipe as indicated and it was fantastic. We had a Japanese night at my house and everyone enjoyed it. What little leftovers tasted better still the next day. I will definitely save this recipe for another time.

Ricotta and Artichoke-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2010
I made some changes. Used low fat ricotta and infused olive oil with garlic and salt and brushed it over the breasts before putting in the oven. Also, thinking that the breasts would be too pale, I sprinkled paprika over them. The result was a moist, delicious stuff breast that my co workers and family raved about. Thanks for the recipe, I will definitely prepare it again.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
I followed this recipe with some exceptions: I used boneless pork chops instead of tenderloin and added a pinch of salt and black pepper to the sauce. My husband loved the sauce so much that he used bread to sop it up! I will definitely make this recipe again. Thanks.

I liked this recipe. I didn't have red wine, so I used white and it was just as good. I will definitely make this recipe again. Thanks!

Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
Excellent recipe, I only added a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the marinade, let it marinate in the fridge for 5 hours and roasted it for 40 minutes for a 2 lb. tenderloin. Will definitely prepare this recipe again.

Tuna Dip II

Got mixed reviews on this one. My sis in law loved the creaminess, the rest my sister found it so so. Not likely to prepare it again, not much of a tune dip fan.

Chicken Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2009
I liked this recipe very much. It was easy to prepare, very tasty and I will definitely prepare it again. Instead of green peppers, I used yellow and red peppers which I had on hand, did not add the tomatoes, which I didnt have, and added green scallions at the end. I also sliced the chicken. Next time I will try it adding the roma tomatoes. But without, it was still very good.

Flank Steak Pinwheels

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
Excellent recipe. I used gruyere cheese, which was the one I had on hand, and the rest of the ingredients. Steak was tender, sliced nicely and it looked great. I served it with white rice and pink beans and a romaine and cucumber salad with olive oil and wine vinegar. Will definitely try again.

Spinach and Potato Frittata

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
Excellent, easy to do recipe. I bought a lot of baby spinach and had the rest of the ingredients, with the exception of a medium skillet. It still came out great. I changed it a bit, took about 10 minutes to cook, then I put the skillet in the broiler for 1 minute. Great!
