Chocolate Ganache

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
This was divine! First time I made ganache, and it was so easy. I used 3/4 cup heavy cream and 1 and a quarter bar of Ghirardelli dark chocolate espresso bar, that I broke into small pieces using my food processor. Used the ganache to top a chocolate espresso cheesecake, and it was perfect!

Chocolate Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2012
Fabulous! This was my first chocolate cheesecake, and it turned out so tasty. Tasted like a professional baker had made it. Instead of the topping, I made a chocolate ganache. Instead of chocolate chips, I used a quarter cup of broken Ghirardelli dark chocolate espresso bar. Also used the same chocolate in the ganche, making it a chocolate espresso cheesecake.

Iced Mocha Fusion Shake

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2004
Totally awesome!!! My husband, who never drinks coffee, flipped out and kept saying how great this drink was. Takes just like Starbucks. I followed the recipe exactly, but used International Coffee's Hazelnut Belgian Cafe. I can't wait to try other flavors. Just as other reviewers said, it tastes like it has ice cream in it. Can't wait to have it again tomorrow!

Garlic Cheese Biscuits

Awesome! I sprayed non stick cooking spray on the cookie sheet, and they turned out great. We like having these with cheese manicotti or any other pasta.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2003
I use fresh lemon juice instead of lime, and pork chops instead of tenderloin. Bake in the oven at 350 for around 40 minutes. So easy, and tastes great!

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2003
This is the best chicken salad I've ever had! I make a big batch of this almost once a week, and my boyfriend and I chow down for days. I've used sliced almonds and whole ones, and I like the whole almonds because it adds a pretty color to it and the crunch is bigger. We eat this with warmed pita bread; it is awesome.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2003
Awesome! I have made this for my boyfriend and friends several times; they say it is restaurant quality. I bake this in the oven at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes, then pour the wine and chicken bouillon mixture on top of the chicken, cover with foil, and continue to bake for another 10 minutes. The wine just makes this recipe. Try it, you will not be disappointed!
