Albondigas Soup I

I used frozen vegetarian meatballs and Edward & Sons Not-Beef stock but followed the original recipe otherwise. Tastes just like the restaurant versions I missed so much. Thanks for posting.

Portobello Mushroom Stroganoff

I made the K. Wallace version except that I used beef stock. Very good. Will double the sauce next time and add veggie meatballs in addition to mushrooms. Thx for posting.
