Tortilla Soup II

This was a little spicy for my child, but my husband and I enjoyed it so very much. It is also excellent the next day if you put the sauted tortillas in a container and use them for individual usage.

Easy Potato Cheese Soup

I added 4 carrots to the soup as well. It made a good, hearty meal. It also freezes quite well to store all the left overs. I truely enjoyed this soup. Thank you
