Apple Honey Bundt Cake

Very nice texture and moist. Has a nice flavor, taste better the next day. Cake came out of its pan very easy. It did take longer to cook than said, but ovens vary in temperature. To make it more nutritious try whole wheat pastry. flour.

Spiced Soft Chocolate Cookies

As I baked these they burnt so I reduced the oven to 350 and baked 10 min. They came out nice but cake like and puffy.

Wonderful Yogurt Cake

I was excited to make this cake but did not turn out what I expected. The cake turned out crumbly, a little dry and heavy, maybe an extra egg and cake flour also white sugar instead of dark.

Fluffy Banana Cake

I have made a few changes to this recipe when I made it. I did not have shortening so I added butter instead. I also used 1/2c of buttermilk.
