so good! I've made a ton of different changes to this and it still turns out great. I just dump everything into my bread maker and wait for the magic

Soft Christmas Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2007
These are some of the yummiest cookies I've ever made! I used real butter (unsalted) and only 3 cups flour. I used almost another cup while rolling them out. I cooked at 375 for close to 10 min, until just browning. They were crispy and soft, just the way I love sugar cookies!

Mexican Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2006
Yum!!! My husband loves this soup. I topped it with Guacomole and Cheese. I used a leftover chicken that I had boiled for a few hours. I only added one can of chicken broth and no taco seasoning, only my own seasonings. Excellent recipe!!

These are really really good! I love cooking in my slow cooker and this is one great recipe. I didn't even have all the spices the first time and it was still really good - just don't forget the salt at the end!

These are amazing muffins. I made them using half the oil & half applesauce. I tried all applesauce but they didn't cook right. Half and half is perfect

Orange Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2005
I made these with dried cranberries and they came out a little dry - so the next time I added more OJ and they were perfect! It would also be good with cranberries & walnuts. I'll try that next time!
