I just tried this tonight and we really liked it. The panko crumbs browned beautifully for a great presentation. The flavors blended very well. I followed others' suggestions and added some sauce in the middle. Juice from a whole lemon seemed a bit much for my taste so I only used juice from 1/2 lemon. I can't say I missed it. This is definitely a keeper.
