Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches

Excellent! My hubby says its the best he's had. Substituted the green onion for sweet pickle relish, otherwise exactly the same. Just the right proportions of mayo/mustard. Thanks!

Went over as a great hit at our Halloween Party with kids and adults alike. I left out the cherries and orange slices, and used no simple syrup. Only the concentrates, gingerale, club soda, and orange sherbet. I had a floating green "hand" ice ring to add to the Halloween fun. Great recipe.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Fabulous! I added one can of cream corn, added turkey bacon, used Fat Free Half & Half instead of milk. My husband & kids all loved it...my hubby ate 3 bowls! Served with cornbread. Hubby said it will have to be a "regular" meal around our house!

Sugar Coated Pecans

It doesn't get any easier or yummier! Everyone loves these in my house, school, etc. Use vanilla, do shake-n-bake trick...definitely the way to go.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Took this to a potluck last night...got rave reviews from everyone. I've always made my great-aunt's corn pudding recipe and thought nothing could come close...but this may be a new family favorite!

Chicken Marsala

I more than doubled the mushrooms, and would highly recommend that. Also, be sure and flatten your chicken to 1/4 inch...it makes a significant flavor difference. Next time I will try adding a little flour/water mixture and see if I can't thicken the sauce a bit. Yummy recipe, and impressive for having guests.

No-Fuss Cinnamon Cheesecake

I had big hopes, but they didn't come through. Definitely not an attractive dessert, and definitely more of a danish of some sort than a cheesecake. Cold crescent bread doesn't appeal to me. The filling is very tasty, but I would not make again.

Becky's Chicken Salad

Made this for a baby shower and got rave reviews!!! Light tasting...not so "mayonnaisey"! I cut the mayo in half...I can't imagine why anyone would want more than that...it was plenty moist, creamy and delicious with half the mayo, and all the whipped cream. Awesome recipe...we all loved it!

I doubled the glaze, used the lemon cake mix (although it was very lemony...too bad they don't make "lime cake mix"), and lime juice. It was very moist and delicious!

Rave Reviews Coconut Cake

MY FAVORITE CAKE RECIPE! It is more of an "Italian Cream Cake" than a Coconut Cake, in my opinion, but this is a GREAT THING! My family agrees that it is better than the Italian Cream Cake at our local bakery, and that says a lot!!! Moist, delicious, a KEEPER, for sure! I will make this many, many more times!
