Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2003
OHH WOW- these were great,i made these for my hubby as breakfast one morning, they took an awful long time- but well worth it- i used my kitchen aid mixer- i put the warm milk in with the yeast and let sit, them added the sugar let sit for about a minute then added the other ingrediants, then let it rise for about an hour then finished with the recipe instructions.... these were wonderful, my hubby could not believe i made these from scratch..... i will make these again, and again, and again, these would be impressive to take to work or as a brunch item--!!!*****

Chicken Stuffed Buns

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2003
this was a little rich for me, the taste was great, hubby ate them up, but he thought the mixture would make better enchiladas than filling in a sandwhich so next time i'll try that- also it was similiar to the spinach dip recipes on this site, only not a dip but stuffed in a roll- will use the recipes again but i will try to add some sour cream and make enchiladas out of them--

Chewy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2003
these were great- they tasted alot like the granola bars you buy at the store under the name brand 'nature valley'. these aren't hubbies idea of a good granola bar- too dry for him-hence the 4*,but he liked them in the morning with his coffee- after reading the suggestions i decided instead of using more butter i'd use low fat peanut butter and a little more honey,i packed them in the pan really tight and they turned out wonderful. i also sprinkled peanut butter chips over the top. i will definately continue to make these trying different chips and such. thanks for sharing the great recipe!!!!!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2003
these were nice for a change, i did assemble them a little different, i made the chicken mixture and the cheese mixture and mixed them together and then put the whole mixture into the tortillas,i also didn't use red enchilada sauce i used elpato's jalepeno sauce and that added an excellent flavor- mmmmmm----- mine made 8 enchiladas because i put so much of the extra chicken-cheese mixture on the top of the 'chiladas---- mmmmmmmmmmm try it it's a nice change from the norm'
