Real Hummus

Southern-Style Neck Bones

First time I had pork neck bones and they were delicious. I prefer garlic and onion on top. The 2nd time I made it I used chinese five spice powder. Very good!

Breaded Pork Chops

Really good! I used panko bread crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs and the seasonings I used were seasoning salt, cracked pepper, and garlic. I cooked the pork chops for a dinner with curry rice and sauteed zuchini. Great meal.

Tzatziki Sauce I

This recipe was great. I added chopped cucumber and let it sit for an hour. I put the sauce on another recipe from this site - Indian Style Sheekh Kebab. It was great wrapped in Naan bread that I purchased from my local grocery store. A great dinner!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

I did not like baked pork chops until I tried this recipe. The chops were very moist and had so much flavor. I also added onions, oregano, paprika, garlic, and pepper. I will definitely recommend this recipe to others! My side dishes were black beans/rice & asparagus. A great meal.

Thanks for the recipe! I did not have chicken thighs so I used chicken breast. The marinade was excellent. I will definitely use this recipe again, and will also try on other meats such as spare ribs and lamb chops.

Monkey Bread I

This was very easy to do. I was always afraid to try monkeybread because all the recipes I saw required making the dough from scratch. I never thought about just buying refrigerated dough from the grocery store. The monkeybread came out excellent.

S'mores

The s'mores were so good that my family and I couldn't get enough. However due to the weather I decided to just put them in the oven and they still came out great. I put the chocolate bars and marshmallows on top of the graham crackers on a cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven for about 2 mins. We took them out and then put another graham cracker on top and it was excellent.
