Maple Sausage Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2004
Awesomely awesome. Added some pepper and a pinch of tabasco sauce for the zing the male members of my family like, and for my second batch added some maple syrup and a pinch of brown sugar to sweeten the flavor for the girls. Of course, with the delicious core recipe, both sexes loved BOTH flavors. Kudos to sticking with the basics!

Chewy Chocolate Cookies II

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2003
My goodness these taste wonderful! I had to let them go for 11 minutes instead of that recommended eight, and then when I went to remove them they were the consistency of pancakes! As I speak the completed cookies are in a huge mass on a plate. Use SMALL teaspon fulls when placing these on your cookie sheet, and as recommended, refrigerate a while before forming into balls. This will assure a plumper cookie. As for chewing, sweet, and satisfying, this recipe is perfect! Make sure you use those walnuts, because they make the flavor perfect!

Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

*drool*! These are the best, no buts about it! If you're using an older cookie sheet though, I suggest greasing it up cause these babies'll stick. These are perfect, a little on the cakey side though... probably cause I used self rising flour and no salt and baking soda, which I suggest you follow the recipe... but these are awesome - a must kids, a must not for those avoiding putting on weight, cause you can't stop at just one!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2003
This is hands-down the BEST rice pudding I've ever HAD. Beats Kozy Shack for sure. I added cinnamon and ginger to taste at the beginning, and whipped the egg almost to foaming... I also stirred the ENTIRE time to ensure a better, more creamy texture. Adding extra sugar and a bit more vanilla give it a better kick, especially since I went sans raisins. This gives it the flavor it needs to stand on it's own without the raisins. Everyone I served this to raved about it, and said it was even better than their mother's!
