Lemon-Pepper Salmon II

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2013
Good. I tried like a previous reviewer said, 450 for 15 mins, but fish came out dry. Luckily, I like my fish a bit dry, but just watch it at 450.

Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2012
First time using tofu and my husband loved it! I used canned Spaghetti sauce and dont skip the mozzerella. I did the same as everyone but I skipped putting this in the freezer. I will try that next time. But I coated it with flour, egg and panko then baked at 350 for 15 mins each side and then poured hot spaghetti sauce and cheese over tofu and baked 400 for 20 mins. Served over some whole wheat angel hair pasta and perfect! Thanks!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2012
Very good! I did what everyone suggested and boiled the chicken and celery in chicken broth and then when making the sauce, I added garlic powder instead of celery seed (didn't have any on hand). Then instead of the 1 and 3/4 cup of broth, I added a small can of chicken noodle soup and then another 1/3 cup of broth and the milk and it came out great! Didn't have pie shell, so I used crossiant dough (Pillsbury) on top. It's a keeper! Next time, I will add potatoes! :)

Lentil and Sausage Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
It was good. Made it with italian seasoning and added some red pepper flakes for more spice. It was a great and easy recipe, but it didn't do too much for me. Maybe I'll add the pasta next time and then try again. 4 stars for the recipe!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
Great starter recipe!! The onions give it great flavor! I also added ham and sausage, 1 more egg, and I topped the quiche with parmesian cheese, but other than that, I followed the recipe. Will def use again as is!! :)

Quick and Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
My husband loved it! I didn't use all of the sour cream because he doesn't like it, but you can't taste it that much. Will definitely use again!
