Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2011
This soup was so good! I put everything except the corn, sour cream and beans in the crockpot all day and just threw them in for the last hour or so. Everybody loved it and I will definitely make it again.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2012
Like others recommended I chopped the onions instead of having the rings and added fresh garlic. I also removed the tin foil and added shredded cheese to the top for the last 20 min in the oven. These potatos were amazing!!
