Banana Crumb Muffins

yum, yum, yum!!! I added a bit of vanilla to the batter and used half whole wheat flour and half all-purpose flour. Not sure the addition of vanilla made that big a difference. These muffins are delicious!!!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

As others suggested, I added some veggies - carrots and snap peas. Otherwise made it as written this time. It's slightly oily so next time I will cut down a bit on the veg oil, but there will be a next time!!! This is really delicious! I can't wait to share it at work tomorrow!!

Quick Alfredo Sauce

Wow! This was so good! I didn't have any half and half so I just used milk. I also used more cheese than the recipe called for as suggested by others. Otherwise, made as is. It is amazing and easy to make. Next time I plan to use better quality parmesan and half and half - cannot wait to taste it that way!! Even my picky husband, who never eats leftovers, asked for more of this today. He was too late, though! The 3 year old and I polished off the leftovers for lunch!

This is really good! I was a little worried at first, but when I got it out the next day to snack on, the flavors had married nicely with just enough heat to make it really interesting! Yum! It was a hit with everyone who tried it!
