Annie's Strawberry Dessert

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2005
We really liked this recipe except for the crust. It had way to much butter and when it was cooled it was imposible to get out of the pan.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2004
This recipe is not your normal pizza crust texture. It is more like a pasta or thick crepe. I took other peoples advise and cooked the crust about 10 min. before adding the toppings. I really loaded it with toppings and baked until the cheese was bubbly. It was o.k. and perfect when you don't have time to make a real pizza crust.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2004
I have made this chicken many times and it always turns out amazingly moist and tender. My family loves it, and I love it because you just put it in the oven and forget it.

Mrs Espy's Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2004
This is my new favorite enchilada sauce. I use the bulk chilli powder at the grocery store and it is just right (not too hot). This is alot more like a authentic enchilada sauce than other recipes I have found.

Thai Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2004
My family loved this recipe. As always I changed it somewhat to fit my family's tastes. I cut the soy sauce down to 1/3 cup and added 1/4 cup thai fish sauce. I also cut the pepper down because my kids don't like too spicy of food. It turned out great!! Next time I'm going to use boneless chicken breasts cut into strips and add cashews. This will make it closely resemble a favorite dish at our local thai resaraunt.

Black Chocolate Cake

My family did not like this cake at all. We found using both baking soda and baking powder gave this cake a different aftertaste.

this recipe was very simple and delicious. My children could not get enough of them. I didn't alter this recipe at all and found it was perfect just the way it is.

Red Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2003
This is one of the best enchilada sauce recipes I have found. I made the drip beef sandwiches, also found on this site. We had the sandwiches one night, and I used the shredded beef for the filling in my enchiladas the next night. When the sauce recipe called for water I added the left over broth from the beef instead. I used warm corn tortillas and filled with beef. rolled them and put them in a pan with a little of the sauce in the bottom. Pour the rest of the sauce over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake covered for 30-35 min. at 350.
