Delicious on a chilly night. I changed the recipe to accommodate what I had on hand and used cream corn instead and three cans of black beans. I didn't purée tomatoes or beans either and added roasted yellow and orang pepper and a hint of cayenne pepper!!!! Outstanding!! So much to add to this recipe!
