Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was very good and tasty! I used one can of Cream of Chicken with Herbs, one can of Cream of Celery, and Chicken Broth instead of water. I also chopped up a large yellow onion (into medium sized pieces) and threw in some frozen peas and baby carrots. I cooked everything until the carrots were very soft. Once the carrots were done I added 1/2 cup of white wine and then let it get good and hot again before making the dumplings. I also used Bisquick to make the dumplings (see the Bacon Chicken and Dumplings recipe for water to mix ratio). I had left overs for 2 days and every time I heated it up I would add a little more wine to thin it out. This was awesome and easy to make!!
