Ridiculously simple and delicious! I'll never need to buy store-bought peanut butter cups again!

Chocolate Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2015
Fantastic even without frosting. As most of the other reviews said, this recipe makes way more than 12 cupcakes (probably twice that many) and you should only fill the liners about half full if you want them to be flat on top!

Toasted Marshmallow Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2015
The toasted marshmallows just didn't taste as good as frosting to me, but it was a cool idea in case you're in too much of a rush to make frosting!

Fluffernutter Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2015
These weren't nearly as awesome as I'd hoped. They tasted more like banana muffins with frosting than cupcakes. The kids at my daughter's birthday party loved them though!

Sugar Cookie Cutouts

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2014
This is the best sugar cookie recipe I've found so far. The dough was easy to work with and didn't get all sticky when it started to warm up when I was working with it.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2014
The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the steps to make it didn't seem quite right, and I was initially worried I was going to have to scrap the whole batch. I ended up with a super-thick paste and didn't want to add any more corn syrup after I felt like I had added a bunch, so I started thinning it out with water, instead, and that worked perfectly. I found that dipping the cookies in or applying it to them with a spook worked great.

Blueberry Cornbread

Delicious and easy. If you're going to use frozen blueberries, make sure to thaw them out first!

Chocolate Cornstarch Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2013
Easy and delicious! I might try halving the vanilla next time since it was a bit strong for me. I'm also going to try doubling the recipe and freezing it as pudding pops!

Toddler Muffins

These were easy and delicious. I substituted 4.5 oz of baked acorn squash for the baby food squash.

Dee's Health Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2013
Delicious. I couldn't find cracked wheat so I used a bit more of the sunflower and flax seeds and it worked out great. I did have to add quite a bit more flour (I used all-purpose flour) when kneading the dough to get it to be less sticky.

These were super easy and awesome! They weren't overly hot, even my toddler could eat them.

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2013
Easy and delicious. I used cherries and cut the sugar mixed with the cherries in half. It did take longer than expected to cook -- a good 35 minutes.

Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2012
Unbelievably good, especially for something involving ground turkey and quinoa. I halved the hot pepper (aka Tabasco) sauce after reading some of the reviews and it came out perfect. Even my 11-month-old loved it (and could eat it!).

Thai Spiced Barbecue Shrimp

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2012
This was easy and came out great. Rather than skewer the shrimp, we cooked them in a grill bowl (a metal bowl with lots of holes in the bottom and handles) -- It saved a ton of prep time!
