Chef John's Baked Mushroom Risotto
First time I've made risotto and this was it! I'd never even cooked with Arborio rice before. Despite my mistake with adding the heavy cream before putting it into the oven (oops!), it was the bomb! I have to say that because we are such a garlic-loving family, I had to add 3 or 4 minced garlic cloves with the onion. Lovely outcome! Just wonderful! This will be on the table at least 3 times a month! Thanks for the recipe Chef John!

Starr's Savory Meatballs
I just made these tonight (late), but they came out just wonderful. Our family loves garlic so I did add a couple more cloves. They looked like they needed a couple more minutes in the oven so I flipped them over after 15 mins. & gave them 10 more. Then I dropped them into a pot of spaghetti sauce with the intention of having meatball subs, but because of the late hour, we just ate a meatball with sauce on the place and it was fantastic! Can't wait to have them on a sub roll tomorrow night! Thanks Starr!

Lobster Bisque
This is an awesome bisque! Our family (and friends who have tasted it) love it. We add lots of fresh garlic to it and use fat-free half & half instead of milk and we double the recipe because it's so good!
