Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Wonderful!! The only changes I made was using light sour cream rather than yogurt and mini chocolate chips. I cooked these in mini muffin size for the children and the consistency was still perfectly moist and yummy!

Megan's Granola

This was an excellent granola!! My husband took some to work and his coworkers are demanding that I make more. Another thing I loved about making this is that the kids could help me stir it all together- and after it's all done we use it as a breakfast cereal!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These cookies roll out excellently- but they are not sweet enough. We didn't really enjoy eating them that much because they just didn't have good sugar cookie flavor. I made the recipe again adding an additional 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 tsp ground clove and 1 T. lemon zest and it really added some good flavor to the cookies!

Asian Chicken Noodle Salad

This was a great recipe! I used some olive oil to toast the sesame seeds and noodles instead of the butter. Also I had to use shredded napa cabbage because bok choy was not available at my local grocery store- it was great!!

Sex in a Pan I

This recipe is delicious- I made it for my husband to take to work for a holiday luncheon and he said it was gone before first break was over! I didn't have regular chocolate pudding on hand so I used chocolate fudge pudding which made it even richer and tastier. There was room in the pan that you could easily add another layer to the dish.

Banana Oat Muffins

Delicious! I made these according to the recipe. My suggestion would be to bake these in two muffin pans so that you can separate one empty space between each muffin while baking because mine were touching eachother while baking. Great recipe!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

This recipe comes together so easily, it's a great one for the kids to help with! They are healthy and homemade- which makes me feel good about feeding them to my children. I shared the recipe with my grandma and she has been making them with other types of cereal which turned out great. My only complaint is that the bars are too crumbly.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

This is the peanut butter cookie recipe I have always used- I originally found it in a Tupperware cookbook. It is absolutely delicious and doesn't require all the fuss of a recipe with flour and lots of other ingredients! This is definitely one recipe you can commit to memory :) My only tip is that I like to flatten the cookies using the bottom of a drinking glass dipped in granulated sugar! They are also super cute with holiday sprinkles on them!

Cheese Soup with Broccoli

This recipe was very delicious and was just what I was craving! For those people that wrote that this recipe "did not work"- you must be able to successfully make a roux and be sure to be careful when adding the milk- do it slooooowly or you will get lumps! The soup was easy for me to make, I did everything according to the recipe except I added a whole bag of frozen broccoli, and it still could have had a little more in it for my tastes. The recipe made plenty for a family of 5 and we still had some leftovers.

No Bake Cookies III

I made these last night and like other reviewers mentioned I let the mixture boil a little longer than one minute just to ensure that the cookies would set up properly. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly as written and the cookies are great! I think next time I will add a little less sugar and a little more peanut butter.

I didn't like the taste very well, I think that it was simply too tart tasting. My husband tasted it and asked me if it was something "healthy" because he didn't like it very much! I think that it would taste better if cooked on a charcoal grill, I grilled it indoors.

Fluffy Two Step Cheesecake I

This is my number one choice for cheesecake! I had a recipe before I made this one, but lost it. Here is my suggestion: I do make mine with the 1/2 cup sugar and 2 pkg cream cheese- everyone is saying it doesn't fit in the pie plate.... well!!!! My recipe I had you made it in a little square 9x9 dish!!!!!!! It is so perfect. The crust I use is what makes the recipe absolutely delicious- 1c flour 1c sugar 1/2 c chopped walnuts 1 stick of butter, you just bake that for about 10 minutes. It is way better than graham cracker crust.

Cherry Crunch

the bottom is nice soft and the top layer is crunchy! I can't wait to try it with apple pie filling as well. It was very easy to make, I had it in the oven in less than ten minutes!
