Amazing! This is the first time I ever cooked fish, and it was a big hit! Great recipe, who'd have thought instant mashed potatos could work so well on fish?!

Totally amazing. I made this in my bread machine on the dough cycle and waited for it to rise and punch down, then I just unplugged the machine and removed the dough ball before tearing it into the golf-ball sized pieces. Best naan I have ever had, hands down! I recommend rolling them all out before grilling, as they cook up very quickly.

Cranberry Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2003
This one went over really well at my work potluck, with half a dozen people asking for my recipe and no leftovers. And it was a great meal at home. It goes great on egg noodles, as there is plenty of tangy-sweet gravy to deal with. A big hit all around!

French Dip Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2003
My family said they liked it... but then they always say that. I said "Holy Salt Bombs, Batman!"... but then again, I don't like salt that much. I think if you are used to more salt, you may like this one. I found that the soy sauce and bullion cube made it taste like beef jerky. The broth is like liquid salt. Some people like that. I was also dissappointed because the meat seemed very very juicy until I shredded it and then it dried up like so much shredded shoe leather. Oh well. Maybe this one's just not my bag, baby.
