Made this recipe, but preferred Crab Quiche II - called for more crab and cheese. Both wonderfully tasty!

Delicious and easy! I use surimi crab - a really good shredding imitation crabmeat. Also add 1/2 of an onionm finely chopped. Tastes Wonderful! Thanks!

Hamburger Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2005
I changed the recipe to add 2 lbs of ground beef, 3 cups of water and added the corn from 2 ears. This wonderful recipe turned out thick and tasty! Can be used so many ways - as soup, a filler for tortillas, over noodles or rice -- my husband could not stop raving about it. Have to say, allrecipes.com 5 star receipes have changed my husband's view about my cooking! He usually cooks, so, there you go!!!

Cream of Broccoli Soup I

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2004
I love cream of broccoli soup! but not with nutmeg. Skip that, add more butter or margarine to match the flour, salt to taste, and add cheese to the pot. Makes it more creamy. Shredded cheese can also be added to garnish. TYVM

Grandma's Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2003
This recipe was yummy!!! I don't care for mushrooms, and only added one 4 oz can. In addition I substituted milk for water, add some frozen peas, salt and pepper and a sprinkle of worcestershire. I am not the cook in our house, but my hubby just loved it! I did too! Thanks for a simple, easy recipe that tastes soooooo good! LAY A PIECE OF FOIL OVER TOP OF PAN DURING LAST HALF HOUR TO KEEP HAM FROM DRYING OUT! ENJOY!!

Easy and Fabulous!! Great for a dinner party! I used Jerk sauce on the shrimp for a little extra pizazz - yummy! This recipe is one you won't want to lose!
