This was great and like all others I doubled the sauce mixture.. however it wasnt thickening the way I wanted it to so I added some flour into it ( about 2 tbl spoons.. again depending on how thick or thin you like it to be) and it thickened up right away just as I wanted... I also added portabella mushrooms which I sauted and also some blk olives... this was a great dish and will be making it again.
