Carrot Cake III
I have not tried the cake yet, but the frosting is too sweet for my liking even though I only added less than 2 cups of icing sugar.. I made a small 6 inch cake and the rest of the batter into 10 small cupcakes.. Decorated the cake with roasted walnuts and made cute little carrots with marzipan tinted orange and parsley.. Very lovely!

Brown Sugar Smokies
My oven is in Celcius and it does not have a 175 deg. celcius, only 170 or 180. The first time I used 170 but after a long time the bacon was still not crispy. The second time I did 180 but left it for too long the smokies at the corners of the pan were burnt.. Lol.. The next time I will do 180 but 40 mins only.. It was so yummy my brother had 15 or more.. Thanks for the simple yet yummy recipe!

Banana Crumb Muffins
My family thought they were great.. However, those who do not like sweet stuff couldn't take the topping as it was supposed to be sweet and there is no way to make it less sweet.. The first time I used very riped bananas and it was great, better than those sold in the bakery. The second time I couldn't get riped bananas but had to bake for some friends and they did not turn out as good. Lesson learned.. Always use riped bananas.. Thanks for the great recipe!
