Balsamic Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2006
This is so good! I added 2 cloves of fresh garlic, omitted the mustard but added 1 tsp of brown sugar. This is great on salad and wonderful to dip bread into.

Onion, Garlic, Cheese Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
We really liked the flavor of this bread. I added 3 cloves of fresh garlic and 4 tablespoons of fresh minced onion. It was moist and had a good texture.

Golden Potato Soup

This was excellent!! We loved the flavor of this soup. I doubled the recipe and used chicken broth instead of water. Omitted the processed chesse and used sharp chedder.

Garlic Bubble Ring

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2006
This was easy and had a nice garlic flavor. I did others suggested and put the remainder of the butter on top. Next time I will use fresh garlic and maybe add some parmesan chesse to the butter mixture for a different twist.

Coconut Cream Cake I

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2006
I am going to give this 4 stars due to the fact it was easy, and had a great coconut flavor. Though the coconut sauce was just too sweet for my taste. I think I will make the cake again and leave the sauce off.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2006
This is so easy and so tasty! I serve it on buttered toasted buns and sometimes for a different twist I serve it with melted provolone cheese and sauteed onions and mushrooms.

Baked Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
My husband really liked this soup, I thought it was a little thick. The only modification was I put the bacon in a bowl and let everyone put their own amount in the soup. It was an easy recipe and very filling.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
This was a very tasty and easy recipe. I only used one can of diced tomatoes with chili's, and one can of regular diced. Sub the beer with chicken broth, and I didn't have chili beans so used one can of ranch beans. Served with corn bread. This is a keeper.
