Baked Corn I

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2003
We had company and I made the "Baked Corn" for the first time. It was just delicious and after dinner I cleared the table and the husband went and got the casserole dish and finished off the corn. He thought it was just great.

Homemade Chicken A La King

Great taste!!!!! I forgot to put in the Sherry and it was still delicious. I'm sure the Sherry would add that something special. Will definitely make it again.

Garlic Shrimp Linguine

I, like a few other cooks, made the sauce 6 times larger than what was called for and we found it simply delicious. Will make it again for sure.

Absolutely "DELICIOUS". Will be making it again and again. Cutting down on the cream cheese was a great idea with no loss of taste.

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2003
Made this recipe tonight and did not find it tasty it was rather bland and I did not cook either the meat or the peppers beforehand as a whole meatloaf will cook in an hour and this took all told 55 min. The meat and the peppers were cook to perfection but still did not have the taste to be a keeper. Sorry try again

Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2004
Made these ribs last night and not reading the recipe through before starting I didn't have time to marinate. I simmered the ribs for 1 hour, assembled the marinade and cooked it until thickened and then broiled the ribs basting frequently until nicely done. Just delicious

Alfredo Light

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2004
The taste was O.K. but I guess if you love Fettuccine Alfredo(the fat one) like I had in Rome Italy, this doesn't quite measure up. The idea was great but missing something.

Barley and Mushrooms with Beans

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2004
Great recipe but next time I would add salt and pepper and use 1 cup of barley instead of the 1/2 cup called for, it was a little soupy.

Apricot Chicken II

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2004
Too long a cooking time made the chicken a bit stringy and the sauce was watery - should be cooked without a lid. Not interested in making it again.

Not a recipe I would make again. Rather bland although it is a way to use up celery.

Pork Tenderloin alla Napoli

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2005
Great taste but I think next time I would leave out the olives as I think it overpowers the flavours of the sauce and the pork. Will definitely make it again.
