Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

Made this for a luncheon and for a large Thanksgiving buffet. I served it with a cider-caramel cream sauce and it was a HUGE hit! Spicy, sweet, satisfying and delicious!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These were awesome! I made 12 huge muffins and only needed about a recipe and a half of the topping, it really does make quite a bit. Also, make sure you don't fill the cups too full, you could end up with quite a mess, as I did. Totally my fault. Oh well! Thanks for the fantabulous recipe!

Oven Roasted Potatoes

Woo-wee these were good. I actually made one and a half of the recipe, but I only added enough garlic and salt for one recipe, and it was perfect! This is an awesome recipe and I will definitely make it again!!!

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

Mmmmm...C'est trés trés bon! I made this for a family in France and they loved it. Just one word of caution: NEVER make this with a vegetable oil spread. The French family for which I was making this gave me this stuff called Omega 3, which I've been using the entire time for everything else I've baked, and the results were horrendous. I ended up with this weird custardy layer at the bottom and all my crumb topping sank to the bottom. Fortunately they'd never had it before, so they didn't know! ;) It was totally my fault for doing that, and it may be the reason that other people's have turned out weird too. Still, I'm giving it five stqrs because the flavor's so good. I'll definitely try this again and with ingredients that will make it turn out correctly.

Peanut Butter Pie XIII

Mmmmm, just as rich and creamy as the recipe says it will be. I made this for the family I'm staying with in France and they said, "Mmmm, c'est trés bon Charlotte!!" Yipee! Thanks alot Jackie for the wonderful recipe.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

This really is quite simple and good. When I made this I didn't even have the right ingredients and it still turned out. It's really quite nice if you brush it with egg whites and dust it with sugar. I highly recommed this. C'est trés, trés facile et c'est trés, trés bon! J'aime ça beaucoup!

Yum! They make these at a summer camp that I go to and they're sooooo good. I've been searching for a good recipe for quite a while and I finally found it. These are nice and rich and melty just like I like 'em. Thanks very much for the recipe.

Self-Filled Cupcakes I

This stuff is awesome! I didn't feel like making cupcakes so I just made a 13x9 pan and cooked it for 30 minutes. It is really soft and moist and good. I made it Saturnday night and half of it was gone in about 2 hours. It is very, very good and I heartily recommend it!

Mrs Espy's Enchilada Sauce

This stuff is really good. I used it in the cottage cheese enchilada recipe on this site and my family loved it! As I said in that review, I left out the garlic and salt, because my parents don't like thinks too salty or garlicky and they said it was perfect! Fruit Ball

Mmmm, yummy! This was really tasty. I made sure to drain the fruit enough, and I took the advice of another reviewer and pressed the fruit with paper towels right before I mixed it in with the other ingredients. I didn't have enough time to wait for this to chill to form it into a ball, but I did put it in a glass pie dish and sprinkle nuts on top. This was pretty and tasty too, perfect for a hot summer evening! I served this with 'Nilla Wafers and Graham crackers, and by the end of the evening half of it was already gone! Thanks for the super recipe!

Greek-Style Stuffed Peppers

This is a wonderful recipe. I did tweek it a little per others reviews. I added the pepper to the pork and onion mixture and after putting the tomato puree in I added marjoram, thyme, and oregano and cooked the mixture down for just a few minutes. This took care of the bland problem for me, and hopefully it will work for others as well

Baked Tofu Bites

I loved this dish! As a girl trying to find enjoyment in food again after an eating disorder, this is something I love to eat. It is so tasty because the "barbecue sauce" gets so nice and caramelized on the little bites of tofu. So good with brown rice and mixed vegetables! Mmmmm...

Colonial Brown Bread

Mmmmm...I have always wanted to try Brown Bread and I am glad I did. I only made one loaf (there aren't that many in our house) and I made it with soured milk and molasses. My one caveat is to make sure that you really mix it well. I did not mix mine enough and ended up with white streaks in mine. That is my fault though, not that of the recipe's. I served mine warm with vegetarian baked beans, ham, Swiss Cheese, and salad for dinner and everyone liked it. Thanks so much for the recipe. I will definitely make it again!

Spaghetti Pie III

My family and I have been making this for years! We love it because it does not get crunchy and dried out during baking. It works well with leftovers and is very quick. We sometimes leave out all the filling part and just mix milk and cream cheese. Careful covering with foil b/c the cheese will stick to it if you don't do something to keep it away form the melting cheese. ENJOY!!!
