Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2003
I loved these, but my parents said they were four to four and a half. Their reasoning was that they wanted to save the highest rating for something really super, which is what I thought these were. I dunno, but they said they'd definitely eat them again! Oh, and I used Mrs. Espy's sauce too, it was superb! I didn't add the salt or garlic powder because my parents don't like things super salty or garlicky. They loved them and said that it was just the right amount of spiciness and saltiness. (I'm only 17 by the way, just so you don't think that I'm aiming only to please my parents so I can stay!;)) Thanks for the recipe!

Cereal Yogurt Bars

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2003
These are so good! I made them at 3:00 and by 3:10 3 of them were devoured! There are now only three left, and they'll be gone soon too! This is one of the best recipes I've ever tried! Thanks Kraft!!!!

Garden Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2003
These are excellent! I served them with the Slow Cooker Ribs from this site for Father's Day and it was a good combination. Also, since there are some people with small stomachs in our house, myself included, I made two large potatoes and three small ones and it was more than enough still. Thank you so much for the great recipe!

Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2003
OHHHHH MAN! These ribs are excellent! They're so tender and flavorful! I had books to read for a summer Advanced Placement class, but I really wanted to make something for my Dad for Father's Day, so I threw this together and then read my book all day. It definitely was convenient. I took the advice of the other reviewers and put in barbeque sauce and ketchup. I had to water down the ketchup because I didn't have enough, but they were still really good. I also put in a pinch of chili powder instead of the hot sauce because I didn't have any, and it was really spicy and good. I highly recommend this recipe to everyone! Thanks Suzanne!

Walnut Raisin Scones

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2003
My family loved these scones, they were so good. We ate them warm with iced tea. My mom thought that they would be good with a glaze, even though she realized that it wouldn't be very scone-like. Still they were very, very good.

Hawaiian Bread I

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2003
This bread was really good. I actually made sandwiches with it. If you take a piece of bread, spread it with some diijon mustard, put on some lettuce, swiss cheese and deli ham, then another piece of bread, it makes a great Hawaiian style sandwich. Serve it with some plain potato chips and milk and you've got a great meal for a warm night! Thanks for the wonderful, splendiforous recipe!

Grandma's Eggless, Butterless, Milkless Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2003
This cake is sooooooo good! The reviewer who suggested adding salt was right! It makes the cake taste better! I made this cake for some friends as a thank you gift when I discovered I had no eggs! I was afraid it would be too plain, so I made the caramel sauce recipes submitted by Cassie on this website. I cut the cake into squares and drizzled the sauce over it and man was that good! (I saved some of it to sample to make sure it tasted alright.) I would heartily recommend this to everyone! Great recipe Miss Tina Demasi-Lemons! :)

Best Ever Corn Muffins

Reviewed: May 25, 2003
These muffins were a bit dry, but very good. Beware, DO NOT try to make these into big muffins, the dough isn't heavy enough and they will break and crumble!!!!!!!

This is soooo good. At first my mom was a bit skeptical because she doesn't like sweet stuff for breakfast, but she really liked it after she tried it! Thanks for the recipe!

This just wasn't good at all. I think it would be better if you used real potatoes.

Chewy Granola Bars

These were good, but not very wet. Every time I've made them they haven't turned out right. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but they're always too dry and crumbly. Thanks though!
