Sweet and Sour Chicken III

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2014
I made this recipe exactly as it says, except I did not use carrots. It is definitely not sour at all. Just sweet and salty. Delicious, but not the sweet and sour I was looking for

Lucky's Lucky Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
This was ok, I didn't add the whiskey (I don't drink) but it seemed sortof bland to me. I think it is better in a slow cooker with minimal water, or maybe add a little extra salt for the cabbage. My cabbage got overdone and soggy too.

Fresh Pasta

If you don't have a pasta machine, don't bother with this, it's so hard to roll out, I only did a third of the recipe, and I'm already tired!

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2006
Well, I just got done making this. I didn't have any yeast, and it was really easy to make. For some reason, mine kindof bent up on the edges to form a bowl shape, which actually worked nicely. I halved the recipe and made just a little pizza. I cooked it about 10 minutes, then added the toppings. Ithink it turned out incredible. It's not plain old pizza. My toppings were pretty good so maybe that helped. I added red onion, mushrooms, and green pepper. For meat, I used some leftover nacho meat I made with hamburger, chipolte powder, and chili powder. I used mild cheddar cheese, and created my own pizza sauce with diced tomatoes, a small clove of garlic chopped, salt, pepper, and sugar. It turned out great. I was making it for my boyfriends lunch tomarrow, but I don't know if there'll be any left by then!

Sweet and Sour Chicken II

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2006
Wow! I wasn't sure about trying to make my own Sweet and Sour, and I saw some recipes with tomato sauce, and that didn't sound like something I wanted, so i tried this recipe, and I am not dissapointed. This is by far the best sweet and sour I've ever had. I didn't add much pineapple chunks, and I measured the ingredients by eye. I recommend this to everyone.

Scot Hibb's Killer Culinary Meal Loaf

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2005
I really like this recipe because of all the veggies in it. I wanted a meat loaf that wasn't all meat. I like that there are carrots, potatoes, and celery in it. I also added some broccoli and mushrooms. This seems much healthier then your average meatloaf. I should add that i didn't use his measurments for the veggies either though, I just added the amount that I thought looked right. I also used uncooked rice instead of bread. It turned out good though.
