After trying a different scone recipe a few years ago, and having them come out flat as a pancake, I decided to give scones another try. I followed the recipe as is and using a cheese grater on the frozen butter and it took hardly any time at all. I like using my hands when I bake. :) They actually rose nicely, and came out very tasty. My only complaint is that they burned a little on the bottom, my oven runs very hot, so for the next time, I will try cooking them at 375 instead of 400. :)
