Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Our number 1 way to make roast chicken, I follow ingredients to a T but then just roast chicken normally cutting down on time tremendously!

Crispy Fried Chicken

Just wanted to thank the author of this recipe! My family loves fried chicken and my attempts at it usually failed. Tonight I made the most tasty and pretty chicken ever! My only suggestion is to add a bit more seasonings such as garlic powder or poultry seasoning to the flour. The technique is perfect!

Super Easy Sloppy Joes

These are wonderful and the only thing I would suggest is a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and better seasoning of the beef..salt and pepper etc.

Bread Machine Challah II

To be honest, I didn't bother taking out to shape or to bake in oven, I simply set it for regular 2 lb loaf in my machine and let it bake in there! It was awesome, good thick crust and tender slightly sweet crumb!

White Beans with Rigatoni

yummy! I made this today and used whole grain pasta and added a jar of artichokes to the sauce. We also browned some chicken tenderloins like another user suggested and it was so good. Fits in with my diet and the kids ate it too!

Crusty Potato Bread

If you want great bread, but need it fast try this. My machine has a "fast cycle" which only takes 1 hour from start to finsh. The only change you have to make is up-ing the yeast to 1 tablespoon. Soooo yummy!

Easy Cheesy Beer Soup

very good! Instead of cooking the onion and garlic in the butter I used raw bacon and diced it up and used the fat from the bacon to sautee. It makes the smoky bacon taste stronger than adding it at the end!

Salad Dressing Cupcakes

Yummy and easy to make! The kids helped me make the batter and it was easy enough for them to help with! I also liked that it only made a dozen, sometimes you just want dessert..not a whole party's worth!

These are good, but WOW -they are super sweet! Those who said to double the icing...there is no way I could eat them like that..I'd be a diabetic by evening! LOL The cakes are a nice balance to the sweet filling. Good stuff.

Best Moist Chocolate Cake

Finally a cake recipe that is moist and tender! Everytime I make a homemade cake I think I could have done better with a mix. Not this time! This was great! I did frost it with some chocolate frosting and added some pretty sprinkles for the kids.

Double Quick Dinner Rolls

These were really good, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they weren't really "yeasty" like I prefer. They were, however, fast and easy. I ate three of them at dinner! Oink Oink!
