Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
This was a very good cookie :) It had just the right amount of peanut butter and chocolate, the oatmeal is noticeable but not too noticeable. I will be making them again! I didn't change a thing in the recipe and they turned out fine. I would say the 10 min mark is fairly accurate and just like others said, the cookies don't spread as much as normal chocolate chip cookies but maintain their form much more. Also, these cookies are not really soft, but rather the type to be a little crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I think they are perfect!

Mexican Pumpkin Empanadas
My friend and I tried this recipe and loved it. We made a few adjustments to the recipe, however. We did as other reviewers suggested and added a bit of cinnamon to the dough to make it a little spicy. To the filling, we added a bit of enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese to make it a bit heavier and not overly sweet. We only used about half the sugar that the recipe called for as well. After baking, we poured a little more enchilada sauce on top and devoured them. Overall, would definitely make again. :)

African Peanut Soup
Surprisingly delicious! The peanut butter somehow works well with the other ingredients in the soup. The only thing I really noticed is that there is no way that the brown rice will cook in 15 minutes, I had to let the soup simmer for at least 30 minutes to get the rice soft enough to enjoy. Overall, I enjoyed it and will be making it again.
