Marinated Scallops Wrapped in Bacon

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2012
Used bbq sauce vs maple syrup ( didn't have on hand) and they were wonderful. Cooking time was spot on! Something you usually have to fudge with especially on seafood. Look forward to making again.

Tammy's Philly Cheese Steak Dip

Really hate to write negative review on a recipe so highly rated but this was not great! Used left over roast beef and followed the rest to a T- Made a lot and had a lot left over after the super bowl....Had a hard time throwing it away but leftovers were worse than original.

Chinese-Style Cabbage

Used olive oil and added a touch of garlic and brown sugar. Even picky hubby loved it. Paired it with some Mongolian Beef and lettuce. Now I have to plant some cabbage this summer.....

Fried Onion Rings

Loved the batter concept. I like a little more crunch so used the batter and dipped in bread crumbs (personal preference). Also did some pickles the same way and they turned out GREAT. Figured since I was going to the trouble I might as well make the most of it!

Just okay... Nothing special. Added red pepper flakes to give it a little zip. Had a few plain and ended up dipping them in hot sauce and melted butter. I'll keep looking for a go to recipe.
