Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2007
We aren't fish eaters for the most part, but this was excellent and easy! I broiled mine for about 4 minutes on each side.

Cream Cheese Squares

10 STARS!! This was so easy and so good! You can add fruit or fruit topping to jazz it up, but it is delicious just the way the recipe is. I did add a little more cinnamon and sugar to the top - personal preference.

Sweet Potato Casserole II

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2004
We like alot of topping, so we doubled that. But the potatoes themselves needed more butter and a little sugar mixed in. Otherwise it was good.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2004
We love this salad, but no matter how many times I make it, I always have to double the dressing. So good!

VERY cheesy! We increased the cooked rice just a tad and just mixed everything together in the crock pot. Came out delicious!

Feta Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2004
Two words - ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I added chopped sun dried tomatoes, and two cloves of chopped garlic to the cheese and arranged thawed spinach around the chicken in the baking dish. Everything came out great! Thanks for the recipe!

Reuben Hot Dish

Very good. Kraut doesn't overpower the other tastes. I used pork kielbasa and my family loved it.

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2003
My kids request this all the time. Over the years, I have added half of a diced green apple and a little bit of diced onion and served this on large deli croissants. Definitely cut back on the mayo, but this is excellent otherwise.

I lost this recipe and am so glad I found it here. These are too easy to make and way too easy to eat. My whole family loves them!

Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2003
Excellent taste. I used sun dried tomato feta cheese and fresh spinach (9 oz). I also used only 1/2 stick of butter, and 1/2 cup of milk. I couldn't pour all of the egg/milk mixture in because it would have overflowed, but it still turned out with just the right consistency. Very flavorful.

Hello Dollies I

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2003
My mother used to make these when I was little. These are so good. I will use a larger pan next time (larger than 9x12) because the graham cracker crust was too thick.

Coconut Shrimp I

I pressed the coconut into the batter on the shrimp and fried in a skillet. Had hardly any coconut fall off. Tasted great, even cold!

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2003
This was great! I added mushrooms, and omitted the bacon bits because I used Bacon Ranch dressing. I didn't cook the chicken first - I layered everything over the breasts, then cooked for 35 mins at 350. So good!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2003
This was too easy and very tasty! I substituted 1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup for 1 of the cans of broth. I also added 1/4 tsp of ground cumin and 2 tblsp of chopped cilantro. It was awesome! I used the Ro-Tel tomatoes also, and that gave it a nice kick. Even my 4 year old loved it! Great for time-pressed or cold nights.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2003
This was ok. The coating on mine didn't harden, and it fell off the chicken while we were eating it. I think there was too much butter in the pan. As for flavor and tenderness, they were both great. But it didn't "knock my socks off".
