Dark Chocolate Truffles

White Chocolate-Cranberry Biscotti

I've never made Biscotti & don't remember ever eating any. But I don't think it can get any better than this!! Wonderful!!!! On a side note, I wasn't sure how thick to get it. I looked at some other recipes & 1/2 in thick seems to be the best. It turned out great. Thanks :)

Amazingly Good Eggnog

Great recipe!!! I so love store bought eggnog, but am cutting back on fat.........So, I used this recipe & put in 2% milk & fat free half & half. It was still good. Not as good as the real recipe, but I'll sure be happy with it.

Chicken, Fennel and Mushroom Soup

This soup is sooooo good!!! The nice thing about it is that you can change a few things & it still won't lose it's "purity". I used celery instead fennel & didn't have "cream sherry" so used Marsala. It was still very, very good. Definitely a repeat!! Thanks

Super Grilled Salmon

Oh my gosh! This was so good! I haven't had alot of salmon in my life, but this is for sure the best one I've had. The sauce was excellent & we even dipped our grilled zucchini in it. I didn't have Shiraz wine, so used Merlot. Definitely a repeater. Thanks for the recipe.

Apple Enchiladas

Best Buttercream Frosting

I don't know if I did something wrong or what, but this did NOT work for me! I had to add quite a bit of powdered sugar just so it would hold up (even after refrigerating it). It never did well & practically melted off the cake. Not a winner in my opinion. Sorry!

No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies II

Great cookies. Also good with Corn Flakes instead of Rice Krispies. Quick, easy & also fun for kids to help with............... Bet you can't eat just one!!!!
