Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting
This was sooo good. I made it as written (placed mixing bowl and wisk attachment in fridge first) and it turned out perfect. I loved that it wasn't overly sweet. It was great on homemade banana cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes with crushed oreos on top. It worked well to pipe onto cupcakes, but probably wouldn't work for small details. I also wouldn't leave it unrefrigerated for too long. Thanks for the recipe!
