Potato Skillet
I just made this and we really liked it...I boiled 4 potatoes with the skins on, then cut them into cubes...I fried 6 pieces of bacon and used 5 eggs...Used a lot more cheese...I added onion to the potatoes, canned, chopped Jalepenos to the eggs and added a can of mushrooms to the whole mix...I did crumble the bacon before adding the cheese and it turned out great...Served it with salsa...Have enuf left over for another meal...Hubby could have eaten more, but stopped at 1-1/2 servings...I can just tell by a recipe whether we would like it and how to tweek it to our liking..

Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs
I made these yesterday and they were very good....My package of ground chuck was 2 lbs. and I didn't increase the rest of the ingredients...I did, as one reviewer suggested, used only 1 cup of seasoned bread crumbs...They held together nicely...I got 21 meatballs...I, also, baked them at 350 for 20 min...Got rid of a lot of grease and that awful gray stuff that cooks out of meat...I used a can of stewed tomatoes, that I crushed up in my hands and a can of diced tomatoes as I did not have a can of pureed tomatoes...I also, added a cup of red wine to the sauce...I cooked them on high for an hour and 2 hours on low...This is the first time I have ever made meatballs in the sauce...I have made cocktail meatballs and Swedish meatballs...

Lasagna Toss
I made this and it was really good. I ended up adding an 8 oz can of tomato sauce as it really didn't coat the penne pasta enuf... I also, made it in a 9x13 dish and it was all the way to the top before I added the cheese...I let it bake, then added the cheese to melt...I used more than an 8 oz package...I made this and shared with our neighbor whose birthday was yesterday...She is a real picky eater and she liked it...
