Crustless Cranberry Pie
This was good. I made it in an 8 inch square pan and had to bake it for 50 minutes. My husband liked the almond flavoring, but it was not quite sweet enough for him. I made it a second time and sprinkled course sugar over the top before I baked it. Better. You could use less cranberries to make it more cake-like.

Donut Muffins
Made it exactly as written. They were OK. Made another batch with a few changes. Oven temp was reduced to 350 for 15 minutes. Used 1/2 cup plus 2 TBSP sugar for the batter. Decreased nutmeg to 1/4 tsp. I got around 30, filling the mini cups halfway. Much better. I only dipped the tops in the melted butter and sugar.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
Glad I read the other reviews first. I doubled the dressing recipe, using only 1/2 cup of sugar and it was perfect. Vegetable oil is not something I use, so I substituted 1/3 cup olive oil and 1/3 cup canola oil. I used the leftover dressing on plain spinach and lettuce the next day and it was great. The cheese and nuts are nice in a salad but I do not like swiss or cashews. I used sliced almonds and blue cheese. The cranberries and fruit were nice. This recipe will be added to my favorites.
