Wonderful appetizer just as the recipe reads.
I had an old reicpe where you mix cream cheese with horseradish (as much or as little as you like), spread on sliced of boiled ham, roll and cut as pinwheels. Kind of hard to handle, so I tried placing the ham on the tortilla with the cream cheese mixture spread over that, then sliced into pinwheels, it too was very good.
